Zivelina was a queen of Metinna. She made a deal with the gnome Rumplestelt: her firstborn in exchange for getting the crown. When the gnome came for his reward, though, Zivelina refused and drove him off with magic. After a while, both the queen and her firstborn died of the plague.
Zivelina's story is counted among the examples of the Law of Surprise, of the consequences of trying to deny Destiny.
