Zerrikanian blinders are a piece of horse equipment in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that adds +60 to Roach's fear level and can be won by Geralt if he beats the other contestants at the race near Kaer Trolde.
It can also be found as random loot, but one particular chest has a 50% chance of spawning the item - in the right-side locked room at Freya's Garden, during the secondary quest In Wolf's Clothing.
