Werewolf's Wrath Notes contain the formula for a potion made with werewolf fur. The potion unlocks the ability to acquire a Dexterity upgrade when consumed.

Notes containing the formula for a potion made with werewolf fur. This potion can only be brewed if Geralt chooses to kill Vincent Meis while he is a werewolf. If he breaks the curse, he cannot obtain the primary ingredient, his fur.
