I'm a woman utterly smitten with the world of Witcher, even though the game, a fan-translation of the series and Danusia Stok's translation of The Last Wish are my only sources for information. At the moment, I'm slowly expanding my knowledge of Polish, translating articles from the Polish Witcher Wiki.
Stories and language are some of my great loves, and reading the translation only makes me bemoan the fact that I can't (yet) enjoy the original books because Sapkowski is a good writer. Not to mention anything about the depth and realism inherent in the world of The Witcher.
