Triss' earring is a quest item in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which can be found at Kaer Morhen and later given to Triss.
To find it, Geralt must examine what remains of the bed Yennefer threw out the window - it is located north of the keep entrance. He then has the option to leave or take the earring. If given back to Triss, she will have the other half of the set and will start wearing them.
