The Drowned Dead Contract
The Order of the Flaming Rose will reward brave exterminators of the drowned dead. As a proof of having defeated the monsters, ten drowned dead tongues must be delivered to knight Siegfried of Denesle at the headquarters of the Order.

[edit] Walkthrough
The Drowned Dead entry in the Bestiary is required to complete this contract. Otherwise, Drowned Dead remains will not contain Drowned Dead Tongues.
Siegfried wants proof of killing ten drowned dead: their tongues, to be specific. You can find plenty of them in the swamp. Collect the desired amount of tongues and return for a reward. This can be done as long as you have access to the swamp. Depending on earlier choices, access to the swamp can be obtained through the "right connections", bribery or the use of the City Guard Signet Ring.
