The Book of the Full Moon is a scroll in The Witcher that is used to make the potion of the same name, as well as the Thunderbolt and Shrike potions, and vampire oil.
It can be given by Berengar at the end of Act IV (or taken from his remains, depending on plot choices), found in Raven's crypt during Act V, or purchased from the following merchants:
- Kalkstein at his laboratory in Old Vizima (during Act V)
