Im on the step where i should return the ring to the con artist but he isnt at his post, and doesnt seem to go no matter what i do. i tried to go there at night, in the morning, at noon, etc... no con artist. Any known solution? Thanks.

Check the journal ("People" section, or how it is called in english version), I think he comes to the sewers entrance around sunrise CSpider 17:40, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
