Template:Quest3 Take What You Want is a secondary quest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. It only becomes available if Geralt decides to spare Gaetan in the DLC add-on quest Where the Cat and Wolf Play....
Journal entry
- Gaetan probably hadn't expected that Geralt would spare his life. Out of gratitude, he told Geralt where he'd hidden a stash of goods and said he could take from there whatever he wanted. Then the two witchers parted ways - and never met again.
- It turned out local bandits had found Gaetan's stash first. Yet before they could seize it and liquidate its assets, Geralt liquidated them.
Objectives
- Go to the School of the Cat witcher's stash to collect your reward.
Trivia
In Gaetan's hideout there's a Letter to Gaetan, detailing that the School of the Cat has been taken by soldiers and that Axel and Cedric have been killed. As an easter egg reference to "Schrödinger's Cat it says: " As for Schrödingen, well, I can't say for sure - might be alive, might be dead."
