The shrine to get this ability is on the lower middle peninsula in the first act. it is slightly to the southwest of the bandit hideout (which is opened by a key dropped by Dmitri). The shrine is by a pool of water next to a corpse with the book Rites of Midaëte. Walk up to the shrine and click it.
