Template:Character infoboxStefan Skellen known as Tawny Owl was a Nilfgaardian coroner, the son of Bertram Skellen. Skellen hired the bounty hunter, Leo Bonhart to capture Ciri. He was also a member of Nilfgaard's intelligence service and took part in a conspiracy to overthrow Emperor Emhyr var Emreis.
After the death of Vilgefortz, Nilfgaardian forces captured him in Stygga castle. He was declared a traitor, tried and sentenced to death by hanging.
