Reginald figurine is an item in the Blood and Wine expansion.
It's a small but faithful copy of the Reginald d'Aubry monument and rewarded for returning Reginald statue's genitals to the art curator, Rolande de Flakfizer. But do not be fooled: the figurine that Geralt receives is not unique but one of dozens offered as souvenirs to tourists.
The figurine can be displayed on the pedestal next to the entrance of the cellar at Corvo Bianco.

- Despite its description stating it's needed to complete a quest, it's not a quest item nor needed for anything beyond decorating the pedestal at Corvo Bianco. It can also be transferred into a New Game +, unlike functional quest items which would get deleted.
