Philbert Topical, called by everybody in the region as "Master T", was an interesting and mysterious herbalist being held prisoner by Fallen Knights of the Order of the Flaming Rose near his hut in Draken Hollow.

- He is actually a clone of the herbalist from Kvalheim Isle on Ard Skellig, even in that they're two of very few persons in distress who aren't locked in a cage, only his dialogue lines are slightly customized. Whether intentionally or due to oversight, this also gives him not just the appearance of a Skellige druid, but also the same inventory and pricing, including the discount with Skellige merchants.
