Leon[1] Oppenhauser was a Redanian professor at the University of Oxenfurt who created a perpetual motion device. Moments after he completed it, it was destroyed by a shockwave which resulted when the sorceresses from the Lodge destroyed Stygga Castle.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Edit

Right before complex of Academy, there is a glorious statue of him with an inscription (written in modern alphabet of course).
