Mr. Glover is a character in The Witcher premium module "Side Effects". He can be found at his home in the slums of Vizima's Temple Quarter.
The local underground boss, Glover seems to control the streets of the Temple Quarter. Dandelion borrowed money from him... so now I need to pay Glover back.
