Martin Feuille's Farmstead is a large plantation it is located at the end of the road which forks to the south, east of Winespring Grange.

Founded by Lord Martin Feuille, this vast plantation was until not so long ago the largest producer of alfalfa in the region. Sadly, when the war broke out the lord fled to his winter residence in Kovir, leaving his land to be administered by an ill-suited steward who squandered his liege's fertile fields.
