Template:Quest3Man's Best Friend is an unmarked secondary quest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. It does not appear in the quest log.
Summary
Upon arriving at a house northeast of the Inn at the Crossroads, Geralt sees a wild dog outside of the house trying to get in. After killing the wild dog, the witcher hears whispers coming from inside the house. The witcher soon finds out that a group of kids are living there alone and hungry. If Geralt asks them where their parents are, they will explain that nilfgaardians killed some of their parents while some kicked them out themselves on account of too many mouths to feed. The witcher can choose to give them food or 25 
. They will then give back a small prize in return and that ends the quest.
