Letter of Safe Conduct

"The bearer of this document has the right to enter Vizima at any time."
This letter is a quest item obtained at the very end of Act I and as such, it cannot neither be bought nor sold. It is the pass which is necessary to enter the city of Vizima during the quarantine. Without it, one is relegated to the Outskirts at best.

Letter of Safe Conduct "We hereby declare the bearer of this document to be a loyal servant of the Order of the Flaming Rose and a faithful follower of the Church of the Eternal Fire. By the will of King Foltest and the Grand Master of the Order of the Flaming Rose, the bearer may pass into and out of Vizima freely at any time of day or night. Furthermore, he is exempt from all quarantine restrictions. |
