Troubleu, also known as the Lake of Cleansing or Holy Lake, is a small lake northeast of Basane Farm and where the prophet Lebioda would "heal" his followers. Most likely, this meant a form of baptism.
Due to its religious connotations, it's a common pilgrimage stop and where people would drop items into the lake as a sign of casting off their old life. As such, the bottom of the lake has several lootable goods.
On 32 Feainn 1203, the witcher Merten arrived here as the final stop on his pilgrimage. He then proceeded to drop his last witcher diagram into the lake as a way to renounce his old life.[1]
