Kikimore's Ire Notes contain the formula for a potion made with a kikimore queen's nerve. The potion unlocks the ability to acquire a Stamina upgrade when consumed.

This potion can only be brewed if Geralt defeats the Kikimore queen and takes her main nerve. The acquired is called "Mutation".
