Ivo Mirce, better known by his nickname 'Cicada', was a criminal and bodyguard to the mayor of Aedd Gynvael, Herbolth.
He was described as having hair the color of oriole feathers and livid, empty eyes. He was also described as being extremely well armed at all times, carrying no less than a sword, a mace and two daggers, not to mention an assortment of brass plates.
Mirce also had a price put on his head by Foltest, being a wanted man in Vattweir, Caelf, and Vizima.
