Hierarch is the highest ranking person in a priestly hierarchy. Probably the most significant is the hierarch of Novigrad, also called "His Holiness", elected during sessions held by the Council of Electors.[1] Its also common that hierarch from Free City on Pontar is mediator during sealing of various treaties after wars.
