Herwig

Herwig is apparently a former king, friend of Dandelion and still lord of the ruined castle Rozrog. In the short story "Coś się kończy, coś się zaczyna", he is the host of Geralt and Yennefer's wedding party. He is described as an avid fisherman and is even mistaken for the Fisher King by a wayward knight.
