Herbert Stammelford

Herbert Stammelford - a mage and a member of the Council of Wizards.

In the short story The Last Wish, Krepp tells how "the enchanter Stammelford once moved a mountain because it obstructed the view from his tower." The mage was able to do this because he commanded a d'ao, an Earth genie.
