However, there is at least one individual, Villentretenmerth, who can take any shape, including that of Borch Three Jackdaws. He appears in the short story "Granica możliwości" ("The Limits of Possibility") in the Miecz przeznaczenia (The Sword of Destiny) collection by Andrzej Sapkowski. With the game Witcher 2 a third golden dragon appeared; Saesenthessis which can take the shape of Saskia.
It is not known whether there are more golden dragons, or whether they are simply the result of a unique mutation.
