Finneas is a racist half-elf and one of the contestants in the Gwent tournament at the Passiflora. Geralt plays him if he first beats Bernard Tulle and Sasha. If Geralt defeats Finneas, the half-elf accuses the witcher of cheating and fisticuffs break out.
Finneas unknowingly has something to thank Geralt for, as he was the largest debtor to Whoreson Junior's casino, which the witcher effectively shut down on his quest to find Ciri, and by extension relieved the half-elf of the debt.[1]
He uses the Scoia'tael deck.
