Philippa Eilhart

Philippa Eilhart (Polish, Filippa Eilhart), a sorceress, was King Vizimir's advisor, and remained in Redania's court even after his death. She's one of the few to possess the ability to polymorph.
She was one of the founding members of the Lodge of Sorceresses, and is considered to be the leader of it.

Even though Geralt never meets this sorceress face to face, her name appears in the conversations then and again.

• "The sorceress Philippa Eilhart is in town," - says a a townswoman in the Trade Quarter.
• It's suggested that the character with whom Triss Merigold chats with at the very beginning of Act III is Philippa Eilhart.
