Wooden hammer is a quest item in the Blood and Wine expansion.

It is found at Castel Ravello's cellar, and used along with a barrel tap to tap the wine barrels there during the main quest Wine is Sacred.

• This is one of very few quest items that, despite being found in multiple places, only one of it can be looted and every other copy of it disappears afterwards.

Bugs

• Despite being a quest item, it doesn't go into the quest items inventory tab and can be immediately dropped on the ground, but even if so, Geralt magically has one to use on the barrels.
