Geralt can help a painter make during the secondary quest A Portrait of the Witcher as an Old Man. At the end of the quest, you can choose to buy the painting from the artist and are then able to hang it at Corvo Bianco.

There are 8 different outcomes for the painting:

• 3 different poses (horseback, standing with a sword, or lying down) with or without a griffin.
  • for the sword pose, the crest of Geralt's chosen identity during The Warble of a Smitten Knight is added.
