Horse blinders are a piece of horse equipment for Roach that add 20 to the fear level and are awarded for beating Black Bogdan during Races: Crow's Perch.
They can also be found as random loot or purchased from the following merchants:
- Merchant in Midcopse
- Yoana in Crow's Perch
- Merchant in Mohrin Village, after it is liberated
Additionally, one is always found in the reward chest for the Hearts of Stone expansion treasure hunt quest The Royal Air Force. However, at that point in the game they're worthless.
