Fist fighting championship trophy is a decorative trophy in the Blood and Wine expansion, which can be placed on the trophy stand at Corvo Bianco in Geralt's bedroom.
It can only be won by defeating all of Toussaint's fist fighters during Fists of Fury: Toussaint and then defeating the Maestro in Raging Wolf.
