Hornwall horn is an item in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
It may be placed in one of the pocket slots in the inventory panel, and activated at will to cause nearby sirens to drop to the ground.
The horn was stolen from Hjalmar by one of his crew. It can be found near a warrior's remains, north of the Abandoned Village on Undvik, near the entrance to the trolls' cave.
Ironically the item cannot be used while steering a boat, while a Crossbow can. Thus it's not very effective at warding off sirens attacks while at sea.
