Mandragora mask is a mask and quest item in the Blood and Wine expansion.
During the main quest, The Man from Cintra, Anna Henrietta will give this to Geralt to wear during throughout the quest to blend in with the rest of the crowd.

- This item cannot be removed without the use of console commands and stays forever in the quest items inventory.
- Anna Henrietta's (or the female) version of the mask also exists as its own item (item ID 'Anarietta mandragora mask'), but isn't obtainable through normal gameplay. If added via console commands, it will also go into the quest items tab, but for unknown reasons will have the image of Triss' fox mask, despite being a separate item and properly rendered on the duchess and other women during gameplay.
