Jouke was a Redanian archer serving on HMS Oxenfurt-Tretogor to protect King Radovid V during The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Throughout the Reason of State side quest, he and his comrades, Caspar, Damiaan, Freek, and the witch hunter Egbert are commanded by King Radovid to stay near the gate to St. Gregory's Bridge and secure the area. He died from a shot by a Temerian partisan.
