This arena, together with the nearby casino, were two of the most profitable source of revenue of the crime lord Cyprian Wiley, also known as "Whoreson Junior". However, when Cyprian was taking care of business elsewhere, the arena was under the control of Igor, better known as "the Hook", Cyprian's right-hand man. He administered the fights and bets, choosing who could fight and who couldn't.
The arena is frequented by all kinds of competitors: mercenaries, wild dogs, warriors from Skellige, wyverns, endregas, and last but not least, the bear Boris.
