The Incredible Lockhart was a merchant and dice poker player who can be found under the arch in Loc Muinne's central square during chapter III.
Background[]
Lockhart was previously a student at the Ban Ard Academy from which he was expelled as a result of his drinking and gambling. Upon his arrival at the Loc Muinne summit, he found himself ostracized from the magical community, and began to renounce his profession by trying to sell off his magical items, such as grimoires and amulets.
