This key is looted from Thorak's body during the Baltimore's Nightmare quest. It is used on a small chest inside the dwarf's home (just behind the forge where he worked).
Inside the chest is Olcan's Receipt, Rags, 235 Orens, and a diagram for a Robust Yellow Meteorite Sword.
