• The ingredient is called Ornithosaur's Eye, however, the journal calls it Cockatrice Eye.
• It is difficult to say which name is correct, on one hand the ingredient is dropped by more than just the Cockatrice, but on the other hand Wyverns which are also Ornithosaurs do not drop it. Also the fact Basilisks are closely related to the Cockatrice would imply that "Cockatrice Eye" is the correct name.
