Blood-stained letter is a quest item and document in the The Witcher.
It can be found on the decomposing body of a messenger on Wyvern Island along with the powerful steel sword Harvall. It is unknown what its purpose is, but when read it will provide the journal entry for Declan Leuvaarden.
