One of several caves in The Witcher, the cave under the city walls is to the northwest of the Outskirts near the Maribor Gate. The cave itself is not much to look at, but was rumoured that it provided secret access to Vizima, avoiding the quarantine checkpoints. This is also the place where Declan Leuvaarden's friend was last seen, and now he is missing.
