Top is a quest item in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. It is a wooden spinning top that Ciri carved for Gretka.
In the quest Ciri's Room, Geralt can pick the top off the floor of Ciri's room in Crow's Perch, and take it to Gretka, for which she will be grateful.
