Eyck of Denesle
From Witcher Wiki
Eyck of Denesle is a pious and virtuous, flawless and spotless knight (except for being highly prejudiced against witchers, sorcerers and non-humans and fanatical in his faith), who has killed manticores and griffins in the past, as well as dragons. Unlike witchers, he doesn't accept money for his slayings.
[edit] Movie and TV series
He came to Holopole after a summons went out for a dragonslayer.
When the avalanche hit the band of would-be dragon-slayers, Eyck helped Dandelion save Geralt and Yennefer.
After that, though, he demanded that the king "clear the ranks of the filth", including Geralt and Yennefer.
He challenged Villentretenmerth like the good knight he was and the dragon knocked him off his horse with the most effortless flick of its tail.
He was played by Marek Walczewski in The Hexer TV series.
[edit] In The Witcher computer game
According to Siegfried of Denesle, Eyck was his father, who died in a battle with a manticore "despite his infirmity" while Siegfried was away from home. From the engravings of Eyck, Siegfried gleaned his extensive knowledge of the cockatrice.
