Deireadh is a steel sword in The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings that can be looted from a locked chest in the northernmost part of the Loc Muinne sewers during Chapter III.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt[]
Deireadh returns as a steel sword in the third game. It can only be found as random loot inside caves in Velen and Skellige, and from guarded treasures.
