Dagobert Sulla

Dagobert Sulla was an infamous renegade mage who was the first to create a frightener. He was a diligent student of the Zerrikanian masters of alchemy and the supervisor of the Trial of the Grasses carried out at Kaer Morhen. Upon creating the monster, he is said to have exclaimed "What have I done?" and promptly destroyed the beast. His notes, however, did survive.
