- Recipe for Ra'mses Gor-Thon's signature Crayfish Boil
- Ingredients:
- 1 full net of crayfish
salt
pepper
bay leaf
dill - Boil water in a large pot. Add salt, pepper and bay leaf. Chop dill and add to give added freshness. When water reaches a rolling boil, add crayfish (alive) and boil for 20 minutes, until they turn a bright red. Remove pot from heat and leave in a cold place for a few hours while the crayfish absorb the flavors.
- Best served warm with a dry white wine.
