Condoittiere's boots are medium armor boots in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that come in two forms:

One pair is always found after solving the statues puzzle inside the monster den south of Trottheim on Faroe (where the armor pieces are found during Scavenger Hunt: Cat School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4). Another is in a chest up on a ledge where the gargoyles are during The Path of Warriors. Oddly, a pair can also be dropped by one of the soldiers during An Eye for an Eye.
Also available as random loot and, starting at level 31, can be purchased from the following merchants:
