Champion of Tesham Mutna is a book in the Blood and Wine expansion.
It can only be obtained during the main quest La Cage au Fou, found atop a chest in the first underground chamber once you enter Tesham Mutna Ruins with Regis. It contains lore associated with the Tesham Mutna armor set, and the chest underneath it contains 3 of the pieces.
