Cavern is a location in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, being just northeast of Temple Isle, and is inhabited by a powerful golem.
One can also use The Eye of Nehaleni to find a hidden room with the remains of an alchemist and his assistant, as well as the alchemist's notes.

- The hidden room contains a second hidden alcove that can be seen on the map, but its entrance doesn't glow using Witcher Senses. An Aard symbol is depicted on the wall beside where the opening is concealed and a wall must be destroyed there. Behind it are a few more containers on of which has random diagrams.
- A set of Tracker's boots, gauntlets, trousers and Shiadhal's armor diagrams were all supposed to be found as themed loot in one of the two iron chests inside the hidden room, but both have been randomized instead.
