Blood-stained Letter

"Unfortunately, only fragments of the message can be deciphered."

This letter is found on the decomposing body of a messenger on Wyvern Island along with Harvall, a likely much nicer steel sword than Geralt is using at that point -- probably worth trading up. It is a quest item, but I'm not sure exactly what quest it pertains to as I've never found anyone to give it to. Interestingly, the letter references Leuvaarden. Hmmm...
