Biruta Icarti

Biruta Anna Marquette Icarti was a blond fairy from Rissberg and one of the eighteen masters. Articulate and having delusions of being a superior magician, he was loyal to his kin. During the confusion Sorel Degerlund was on his side. He even sent an official letter to the Chapter, which suggested gracious punishment for the young wizard. He was forced to leave Rissberg and devoted to the pedagogy of Aretuza.
